VicMan
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20061117/ts_nm/dutch_burqa_ban_dcThe Dutch government banned the wearing of burqas in public... Is that insane, or what?
nmm
Some Countries with Heavy Muslim Populations have banned more then that. Turkey and Tunisia. The French banned religious symbols and i think a few other European nations banned hijabs/burqas. I am unmoved. I am indifferent.Although, id point out moves like this only cause a backlash among the youth. The older crowd will silently comply, the adolescents and teens hold protests and riots. Some may even start growing beards or donning burqas for the sake of political protests.

Jeebus
Somewhat related, I don't agree with this woman's complaint: Ninja Costume Driver's License Picture.I'm glad the Florida Court of Appeals stood their ground and upheld the ruling that she would need to take her niqab off if she wanted a driver's license. MidtownCoog
Try wearing a mask and go to your local bank or government office. Same deal. And considering you never know who's in that burqua, this is not a bad idea.Radical Islam is making the good Muslims suffer.
