This is the only front loader on the market that will wash at 200 degrees, and operate on standard 110v circuit. All the other front loaders on the market with ultra high wash temperatures require a 220v circuit. The only reason I'm selling it is because I needed to stack it with my dryer to free up some space in my garage, and they don't make a gas dryer! Otherwise I would have gotten rid of the dryer I had, and kept this washer. I bought it back in July 2005 from Home Depot, and usually wash about 4 loads per week.
