Triton
It has clearly been deleted or at least merged with the BLVD Place thread because when you go to the development list and click on the Apache Tower Hq, the link no longer works. Popular Post Cyguy
When I drove by yesterday, it appeared that Hanover has topped out. Does anyone know for sure? I am working on the Hanover Post Oak project. We will begining to pour the 29th floor this Thursday 2/20/14. We still have to pour the 30th floor and the roof. We plan to be topped out by March 7th if weather permits.

From the view I have from my office it doesn't look all that great from afar. I don't, I was just noticing when I was driving by the other day. The are using light tan and almost black brick, and tehy are doing some sort of fins running vertically; looks nice.
ArchFan
The flat south and east sides of the Hanover tower are being clad with what looks like light-colored brick, in combo with a dark brick-like surface. Â The latter seems to echo similar material on the facades of the new buildings facing Post Oak. Â OTOH, the curved side facing NE looks like it won't have much, if any, brick. Â That's the side that most of the publicly distributed renderings have shown ... which is probably why the brick came as a surprise to us. Â Â In any case, the building is starting to look different than I expected. Â I'm reserving judgement on whether I like it or not.

It will be interesting to see how a suburban layout ultimately deals with urban development. Late last year they had the traffic counting ropes all over the place in uptown. I can't help but think they're looking into how to alter the logistics to make things work better.
Mab
Â Â A number of new office buildings under development could draw some of the law firms away from the city's business district, according to a report from commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle, citing new space in BLVD Place near the Galleria, Kirby Grove in the Greenway Plaza area and a new building at CityCentre near Interstate 10 and the Beltway.http://www.houstonchronicle.com/business/columnists/sarnoff/article/Hotel-takes-design-up-a-notch-5355734.php?t=27118b20c8f1bd0534Â Hopefully this mean more high rises are developing in BLVD place
