IntheKnowHouston
Below are conceptual renderings of Ancorian's proposed retail development in the Heights. Possibly dubbed Heights Row or Ceramic Heights, the project is located at 1002 W 11th St. The renderings are from the LoopNet listing and the leasing brochure. Amlaham
I might be wrong, but it looks like they're going to keep the larger building and remodel it, while demolishing the front building and the back house to make way for more parking

j_cuevas713
Ehh I think saving the larger structure is much more important. I overall like the renovation.
mollusk
The restaurant plan will likely change - no kitchen, no server areas, no restrooms, no elevator probably won't fly with permitting.

Below is an additional rendering of the proposed adaptive reuse of 1002 W 11th St. I thought I included it with the others, but obviously didn't. As previously mentioned, Ancorian recently acquired the property and the 1037 Lawrence St property. The plan for the property is a retail center. Heights Row or Ceramic Heights are possible names for the development.

Thanks for the update. Strange there wasn't a demo permit filed for the warehouse.

There aren't tenants listed in marketing materials for 1002 W 11th St. While I don't doubt Ancorian may want a restaurant or two, it's possible the renderings' purpose is to give potential tenants an idea of what the developers have in mind for the property. I don't know. Maybe Houston Chronicle or other real estate news outlets will provide more information in the coming months.
Ross
House at 1037 Lawrence is gone. Those 6000 sq ft lots look much larger when they are empty.
