The plan is to develop a 342-unit garden-style apartment complex on half of the land and sell 10 acres for commercial development. The rest is for detention. The complex, which may be called Territory at Porter, is currently in the design phase and still needs all the necessary permits. Daredia estimates construction will start within the next 12 months."
