We get right off the bat with news that Elyse Smith will be joining ABC 13 KTRK-TV Houston. According to Alan Pergament of the Buffalo News, ABC 13 hadn't told the person that Smith is replacing the person in question which brings a guessing game on which one of the meteorologists is likely heading for the exits. Here's a picture of ABC 13's 1st virtual studio set with the beautiful sunset behind the downtown skyline from the 6:00 PM newscast.
