Mother Neff State Park covers three ecosystems and is home to native plants. Let’s celebrate Entry to a park is FREE on the day it hosts an official 100-Year celebration event (applies to day passes only). Visit TPWD site to learn more. The TPWD is hosting official 100-Year celebration events all year. Each state park is celebrating on a different day. Mar 25 9:00a Pedal the State Trailway – Bike Tour Lake Mineral Wells State Park & Trailway Come and join us for a guided bicycle tour of the Lake Mineral Wells State Trailway. Mar 25 10:00a Paddle the Lake - Kayak Tour Lake Mineral Wells State Park & Trailway Come and join us for a guided kayak trip on Lake Mineral Wells. Mar 25 10:00a Pollinators and Parks! Guadalupe River State Park 🎉 Celebrating 100 years of State Parks in Texas with an extra special version of our annual Monarch and Friends Pollinator Fiesta. Mar 25 10:00a Penitentiary Hollow Wild Walk Lake Mineral Wells State Park & Trailway Explore beautiful sandstone formations in remote areas only accessible on this guided hike.
