In celebration of Women’s History Month, Houston Public Library (HPL)’s Park Place Regional Library is hosting a free Living Room event Thursday evening, March 23 at 6 PM. This family-friendly event features artist Geraldina Wise the Modular Woman / Mujer Modular, crafts, and STEM activities for all ages! The Living Room series celebrates family, diversity, and what makes Houston home to the most diverse population in the United States. Registration is encouraged as space is limited.

Dancing Across Asian America comes to the Central Library on Saturday, March 25 at 11 AM with a dynamic program featuring three women-owned dance companies: Anjali Center for Performing Arts, Dance of Asian America, and Rea Christina Sampilo. This performance is in conjunction with the "Our Vibrant AAPI Community” exhibit, made possible through a collaboration with the Houston Asian American Archive (HAAA) at Rice University. Registration is recommended for this free, all-ages event. Central Library parking is free on Saturdays.
