FilioScotia
We need more information. Who was Dr. Powers? When and where did this happen?
queenwest
There are so many old cases out there. We need to start a page about this and see if people reply with stuff they know about and remember. I myself would like to hear about things from 40s and 50s.
Broken
Dr. Powers delivered me on March 30, 1978. Was told about his story and kinda felt cursed from birth because of it! Anyways, have tried for years to find anything confirming he did kill his wife then himself, but never came across anything until now.

Joel H
I remember Dr. Powers and Pasadena Memorial Hospital. We lived in Bowling Green Subdvision, kind of behind his office. Dr Powers office faced Pasadena Blvd and there was a horse stable behind it. I think there is a gas station on that corner now where Alabama and Pasadena Blvd are. I was in Pasadena Memorial when I was 11. I remember Dr. Powers was the doctor for my siblings as well.

FilioScotia
That hospital had to be the former Red Bluff Hospital, which became infamous when one of the owner doctors hired a hit man to kill his partner Dr. Robert Pendleton.
