As noted in the article a few posts up, 917 Franklin is part of Main & Co.

Below is a photo of the building and caption from Main & Co.'s Instagram earlier this week:


We’re excited to announce we’ve added the last building on our block (917 Franklin) to Main & Co! Expect more food+drink coming to Main & Co soon!

Below are marketing materials for 917 Franklin St. The leasing brochure was published last year when Transwestern was the retail leasing agent.


On the property is the Commercial National Bank building. 

917 Franklin is part of Main & Co, which is a collection of buildings at 100-114 Main St and 917 Franklin St.

When Transwestern was the retail leasing agent for 917 Franklin St, the company was marketing street level restaurant and retail spaces.

There two spaces were available for lease at the time:

    • Cool alley space
    • Alley entrance
    • Alley speakeasy / restaurant space available

    • 3,361 rentable square footage
