Developers presented plans for the project – located at Hood and Brown streets near Fairmount – at this week’s Oak Lawn Committee meeting. Units in the tower would average more than 2,200 square feet, with only four residences per floor. ChannelTwoNews Posted February 5 Author Share Posted February 5 Apartment tower proposed in Turtle Creek area of Dallas advances - Dallas Business Journal (bizjournals.com) "The commission on Feb. 1 approved the developer's request for changes to development standards to increase the allowable floor area while limiting the number of units for the site to the proposed 104, a response to neighborhood concerns about density and traffic.
