Luminare Posted January 28 Share Posted January 28 I've been telling people for years that Near Northside is the next frontier in redevelopment. All that was stopping it was the construction of the Elysian Viaduct, and the reorganization of I-10, the railroads, and San Jacinto. A bar is proposed for another unit that's 2,012 sf.
