I've been telling people for years that Near Northside is the next frontier in redevelopment. All that was stopping it was the construction of the Elysian Viaduct, and the reorganization of I-10, the railroads, and San Jacinto. With Elysian fairly complete I'd expect more action this side of town quickly. Looks like a nice project.
