jm1fd Posted January 28, 2008 Share Posted January 28, 2008 I'd never heard of Spotts or Cleveland parks. That's my mistake.Buffalo Bayou Park is Tinsley Park. I did mention that.Spotts park...such easy access except for the fact that you have to cross Waugh Dr. and Heights Blvd to get to it from RM.
