The Webster area shopping center is dubbed Shops at Baybrook. Shops at Baybrook is one of several Kimco Realty-owned shopping centers in Webster. The other retail developments are Baybrook Gateway and Center at Baybrook. The information was obtained in marketing materials for the Webster shopping center. At the time, Kimco and leasing agent Colliers declined comment. "New York-based real estate investment trust Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM) is developing Shops at Baybrook in front of its Baybrook Gateway shopping center and has already executed a 2,500-square-foot lease with Velvet Taco." "Tenants listed as having signed letters of intent include a Glosslab nail salon and meat delivery service Wild Fork Foods." "Other future tenants currently in lease negotiations include a Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Via 313 Pizzeria and Southern California fried chicken restaurant The Crack Shack, according to the brochure." A few weeks ago, Colliers, the leasing agent for Shops at Baybrook, announced Kura Revolving Sushi Bar and Wild Fork Food are officially tenants. Going up at 19677 Gulf Fwy, this is one of several tenants planned for Shops at Baybrook. Construction is estimated to begin in January. The estimated completion is June. The article reports Dirty Dough is leasing a unit at the Webster shopping center. Dirty Dough is an Arizona-based cookie shop with several Houston area locations in the works. Design Collective designed the restaurant. Velvet Taco is one of several retail tenants opening at Shops at Baybrook.
