Highrise Tower Posted October 1, 2022 Share Posted October 1, 2022 Anyone else notice the conversion of the abandoned Texaco gas station to a sparkly Shell station? Looks 1,000 times better. Plus you have a new Chikfila going up across the street. This corner is starting to get refreshed. Maybe, but not likely, the Kroger could be redeveloped into multifamily with grocery on the ground level.
