The post advertised a redevelopment of the property and provided a brief history about the building: C.L. Building in Midtown; 14,400-sq.-ft. building "Built in 1928 as a neighborhood mercantile center by grocer and banker Charles L. House, this masonry-and-steel-frame structure originally housed the Montrose Grocery in its main downstairs space. Other tenants in spaces lining both Milam St. and Stuart St. included Butera’s Café, Puccio’s Champion Shoe Hospital, a corner drugstore, and a barber shop. Earlier this year, I followed Un Caffe's social media account after seeing the artwork on the window, which included a mid-2022 opening.
