The campus opened in 2010 as the UTMB Victory Lakes Specialty Care Center. It was rebranded to the current name in 2015. MD Anderson opened an outpatient hospital and treatment center in a connected building that was completed in 2018. A separate medical office building, 7-story garage and skybridge that connect to the hospital were completed in 2018 as well. A 5-story patient tower was completed in 2020.
