The details don't match up. Latitude Med Center/ Intercontiental Hotel is a bit smaller overall in scale (800,000 vs 1M) ; designed by a different architect. Maybe a design competition was held? Hanover seems to always use Solomon Cordwell Buenz as an architect for its Houston projects. Also I think the other Houston projects on that list are for Hanover's other projects.
