k5jri radio Posted July 6, 2022 Share Posted July 6, 2022 (edited) Compared to the somewhat run-down shopping strip shown in the first photo, a Whitewater Express Car Wash similar in appearance to what's shown in the second photo would be a significant upgrade. The 61st St. location (only a few blocks from I-45) would be very convenient for tourists and other travelers to wash and vacuum their vehicles, on the way out of town.
