Located in East Downtown (EaDo), the building was available for lease in June 2020. It was unlisted the following month, according to a Loopnet listing. I don't know if Odessa will be a bar & grill concept similar to Around the Corner and Down the Street. A recent architectural barriers project filing for Odessa was submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing lists this as a restaurant and bar. The estimated start of construction is next spring. December 2023 is the listed estimated completion date. Odessa is a new food and beverage concept from Neighborhood Hospitality. It's opening at 1410 Hutchins St in the East Downtown neighborhood.
