Fortune
I think there is already an apartment complex at that address.

zaphod
So it's like a normal apartment complex, but with big chonker 6 story buildings. Interesting.
ChannelTwoNews
Based on the owner's LLC address, this is another project tied to Miami-based AHS Residential. They have a proposal for a 12 story apartment building/8 story garage at West 12th near the West Loop. The first local project announced was Park Ten Oaks - a trio of 12 story towers at Barker Cypress and Park Row.

This could be part of the Forresta Village development, consisting of multi-acreage lots. Based off the listings for Forresta Village, I'm assuming this is a master-planned development. I could be wrong. Here are a few aerial maps from older listings showing the lots bounded by the Katy Freeway, Greenhouse Rd, and Park Row Dr: Listings: https://www.officespace.com/tx/katy/2007487-park-row-drive-greenhouse-road https://www.officespace.com/tx/houston/2129284-park-row-greenhouse-rd Brochures: https://files.officespace.com/files/s/os-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/5a6b/ecdd/f8ca/2543/Brochure 2017.pdf https://files.officespace.com/files/s/os-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/e86d/82eb/5dbcb32ce2bc1e00017646f3_brochure_2017.pdf Listing: https://brevitas.com/p/HA1hygq/forresta-village-developments
IntheKnowHouston
If Forresta Village is a master-planned development or multi-phased mixed use, then perhaps Shake Shack is part of this development. A Shake Shack is planned for 19300 Katy Fwy. It's part of the area highlighted as a proposed development for Forresta Village.
