JLWM8609
I live across the bayou from these apartments located at 3200 N. MacGregor and Sampson and noticed a few nights ago that it was completely dark at night. No lights whatsoever. I thought it was a power outage until I drove by and saw the parking lot was empty except for 2 cars. I guess they've been abandoned. Did they get bought out or are they undergoing renovations or what?

A newer apartment complex will replace the old?
hindesky
I'm surprised these lasted as long as they did after multiple floods damaged them.

j_cuevas713
I believe this is where my friend said some people were targeting cyclists in the area by throwing glass bottles at them. He got a nasty gash on his leg from a shard of glass. I had no idea the apartments were vacant this whole time.

JLWM8609
I found out the City of Houston owns the property (confirmed ownership via HCAD). Supposedly, the plan is to put a dog park there. 1
