Houston Considering Changes to Allow for More “Missing Middle” Housing to be Built

Recommended Posts

From the Houston Chronicle. Basically, Houston is considering changes to the planning rules that would allow for more so-called “Missing Middle” housing to be built. (housing between the typical single family home and denser, multifamily apartment complexes). There is a survey online right now until August 16th that they are asking members of the public to complete. This appears to be planned to go before City Council in 2022.

How do you feel about this style of housing? Have you ever lived somewhere that had it?
