hindesky
Notice the plumbing for the addition to the building which will part of the kitchen. They are going to remove the power pole that is leaning and move it further away toward the alley.
hindesky
They installed the two electrical poles but didn't have time to take down the crooked one. Their trucks have to block the road while doing it.

X.R.
As someone who used to work at a gas station and car repair shop combo, isn't it weird to build a restaurant on such a lot? I thought oil and such leaking into the ground is a big deal, or do they have to remediate some of that as they construct. Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just know it was difficult for the owner of the place I worked out to sell the property.

Someone mentioned that when Exxon sold the property they removed fuel tanks and probably remediated the property in order for it to be sold. Let’s just say the “Gulf oysters” at Clark’s will be authentic, if you know what I mean. Edited April 7 by clutchcity94

Amlaham
I would have thought they would green up the lot to make it more like a patio/garden. I may be judging this too early, but this kind of just looks like a parking lot with a tiny building :(
