Highrise Tower Posted July 12, 2021 Share Posted July 12, 2021 This Houston Methodist surface lot on Braeswood near Fannin is down the street from MD Anderson's 1MC building and also the TMC3 project. How long until it's developed? Even a parking garage would be more beneficial. Wonder if they are waiting until they can grab all the parcels right there. A surprise BioTech tower to keep up with TMC3? Houston Methodist was left out of the campus. Sadly, I don't think they were able to grab all the parcels in that block of land. I was told this is a parking, staging, and office area for the Centennial Tower. Bummer!! This high profile site will be developed.
