Highrise Tower Posted April 26, 2023 Author Share Posted April 26, 2023 I've always been confused by the three phases of Three Fountains. Advertisement in The Houston Chronicle in January 1970. Three Fountains Phase I was built by Helmsley-Spear of Texas, Inc. and had an address of 2313 Fountain View Drive. Three Fountains Phase II was built by ? and had an address of 2001 Fountain View Drive. Three Fountains Phase III was built by ? and had an address of 1617 Fountain View Drive.
