Where is this at? Article doesn't say.

The buildings on the block of Scott St between Drew St and Tuam have been cleared and a fence put around the entire block. This is my guess and it's 2 blocks north if the Icon.

Is this one student per unit or are there several beds in one unit? I assume one unit is one apartment.

All are 312 SF except the 3 ADA compliant units per floor, which are 382 SF, 473 SF, and 581 SF.

I guess that's fine as long as they have a full bath and at least a kitchenette. Please, no more community bathrooms.

This section of Scott is a secondary transit st, which allows for 50% less parking (assuming they also opt in to the Walkable Places form standards.) It will be interesting to see how the Planning Commission looks at this.
