It's not Pizza Patron, it just looks similar. But that logo has been there the whole time so it most likely has nothing to do with any business that might be put there. There is also Dominos, Piola, Love Buzz, Papa Johns, Pepperoni's, Pizza Hut, Pizza Love, Luigi's, the other Luigi's, Gotham Pizza, Russo's, Gypso Poet, and Pink's Pizza all within a mile. You can never have too much pizza.

No clue what kind of article this is, but I see a notice for a TABC permit application for a bar called Joe's Place with the same address.  The article is from April 2020.

 

 

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code that Integrative Designs, LLC dba Joe’s Place has filed application for Mixed Beverage Permit, Mixed Beverage Late Hours Permit. The logo that was painted on the building matches the one at Joe's Car Wash on Montrose:

If I had to guess, I’d expect Joe’s Place to take on a garage bar theme given the connection to Joe’s Car Wash. 

 


 
Also, like the car wash, it has flagpoles out front.
