Proposed Multifamily - Knight Rd. at Fannin St. in the TMC

Recommended Posts

I was reading Berkadia's 1Q20 – Houston Construction Pipeline Report today and noticed a new multifamily listening.  Proposed at 281-Units.

Stopped by the site today. That section of Knight road is really nice.  The site was previously, partially used for parking.  Also see some type of water retention on satellite.

"Barvin is preparing to embark on its first ground up development on Knight Road, north of El Paseo Street, near the upcoming TMC3 collaborative research campus and NRG Stadium. Plans have not been finalized, but the company hopes to break ground late this year on the site, which could hold 275 to 300 units and open in 2022."
