Richmond Senior Village: Multifamily At 5615 Richmond Ave.

Highrise Tower

Noticed an outlined development on a property flyer.  The old office building on Richmond was once a planned to be a robot brothel that fell through.

I know this is a senior living facility, but to release the rendering in black and white only is a bit rude.

This looks terrible to me.  The staircases on the outside of the building!  For prime property like this, I would have liked to see something nice.

It's a senior building...i am surprised there are even stairs!!! 🙃

I could have sworn there was already a thread on this, but this is going to be affordable senior housing. The demo is well underway as of this morning!

You're right. For some reason I thought the senior living was on the north side of the street. Mods can you merge this. @editor @Highrise Tower

Strange location for a senior living community.  That's one noisy and busy intersection especially at night on weekends.

Wellll 😅 most of them might be a little hard of hearing. IMO they're probably the best suited here than any other demographic

Also, side note, this is very much underway. The entire building has been razed down for some time now and it looks like they've already built up to level 2 of the new building. They're moving really fast! Sorry, haven't been able to get pictures.
