Highrise Tower
Noticed an outlined development on a property flyer. The old office building on Richmond was once a planned to be a robot brothel that fell through. https://www.loopnet.com/listing/5615-richmond-ave-houston-tx/14016727/ Highlighted in green on the left https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/5440-Richmond-Ave-Houston-TX/18710651/
gene
I will never forgive the city for not allowing the robot brothel... it was bringing me one step closer to living my Blade Runner dream Edited May 22, 2020 by gene 3

htownproud
This looks terrible to me. The staircases on the outside of the building! For prime property like this, I would have liked to see something nice.

Amlaham
I could have sworn there was already a thread on this, but this is going to be affordable senior housing. The demo is well underway as of this morning!

Mods can you merge this. @editor @Highrise Tower

htownbro
Strange location for a senior living community. That's one noisy and busy intersection especially at night on weekends.

IMO they're probably the best suited here than any other demographic Also, side note, this is very much underway. The entire building has been razed down for some time now and it looks like they've already built up to level 2 of the new building. They're moving really fast! Sorry, haven't been able to get pictures. Edited February 21, 2023 by Amlaham 4
