Ross Posted May 2, 2020 Share Posted May 2, 2020 The property owned by Panjwani is the former 5410 Larkin. 5414 is still owned by Little Gear, Inc, who sold the property to Panjwani after buying it from the church that ran the pre-school. The property that was formerly 5410 Larkin will be a gas station and convenience store. You don't need a rendering for that. There are a bunch of permit entries with an address of 451 TC Jester. Project number is 20009613 and 20009614 for Panjwani Energy Properties LLC. The 5414 Larkin property still has a house on it, and there's nothing new there. The materials could have been a little more daring for this neighborhood but its not bad, looks like it might have metal awnings. Not sure what that pediment truss would be made out of thoough.
