The corner lot at 802 W 18th St and North Durham (N Durham) was listed in February. Loopnet listed it as sold in September. Here's the Loopnet listing (Archive link😞 Lot Size 0.22 AC Corner lot being sold for land value only. There is currently a home on the property with a lease in place with a 30-day notice to vacate. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE TENANTS. SW Corner lot on W 18th St and N Durham Drive. In the Greater Heights area just South of the 610 N Loop. The lot at 802 W 18th St and North Durham is being marketed as a potential redeveloped retail from Capital Retail. In late September, El-Deeb Dental Implant Center announced it's expanding to the Heights. Another location will open at the 18th Street Bungalows.
