This was listed (or at least on this listing the date is shown) in February. The property went off the market in June or a month before. The property at 7202 Long Point Rd in Houston, Spring Branch, was purchased by Ocumare Investments in 2016. According to property records, they still own it. From Houston Chronicle in 2016:Ocumare Investments has purchased 2 acres at 7202 Long Point for a medical office development. Greg Barra of Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International represented the seller, Stewart Land & Property. Ross Posted October 25, 2019 Share Posted October 25, 2019 Please consider eliminating 2 of the 3 maps. That's a lot of map to scroll through on a phone(or a PC), and honestly doesn't add much useful information. The third map provides enough context to be useful, especially when there are major streets included. The third map also includes the lot boundaries, which make things clearer. The Kirby Group (Pitch 25, Holman Draft Hall, Heights Bier Garten) has something with this property at 7202 Long Point Road. The Kirby Group will renovate the building, maybe add on it for a restaurant and cocktail bar. This is the Kirby Group's new project in Spring Branch at 7202 Long Point Road.The building is being renovated into a restaurant and cocktail bar.
