IntheKnowHouston Posted August 24, 2020 Share Posted August 24, 2020 Since no one updated this thread regarding the upcoming renovations to this property, here is the latest: Common Bond is opening their second on-the-go concept on this property, 3210 N Shepherd Dr. This was reported by the Leader in late June. The portion related to Common Bond from the Leader article: Now Common Bond will bring the same kind of drive-thru concept to Garden Oaks at 3210 N. Shepherd Dr., previously Kim’s Service Station.
