Near the Heights, Crossroads Housing Development will receive a $11.2 million in financing to help build a $30 million project offering 114 mixed-income units for seniors at 900 Winston Ave., Houston. It will include one- and two-bedroom options.

Really dig the Strong Reds and Blues in this. I like that they went with a darker brick than the more tan brick in the original renders. As for form its not my cup of tea. There are a lot of awkward moments in this that don't match the traditional look this is trying to go for, but overall they built what they said they were going to build in the render (not as easy as people think), and used some good colors.

"The complex, which sits on 2 acres, was developed in a partnership with for-profit developer Magellan Housing as well as Royal American Development. The complex cost $30M, $11.2M of which was paid by Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery funds via the city."
