This might be a coincidence or providence but Central 1&2 Division ( Montrose/Heights) Positive Interaction Police Program is presenting the seminar “ Surviving an Active Shooter”. Most police departments use this seminar to educate their police force. It is a PowerPoint presentation. Amazingly nearly every shooting incident across America is completely over in less than 8 minutes.
