In 2017 the residents of Spring Branch ISD passed a Bond Referendum. One of the projects is a renovation/reuse of spaces in Spring Woods High School. Plans call for changes to the Dining Commons, a refreshed outdoor plaza stage, and changes to the library. In addition, the campus will receive new classroom furniture, technology student devices, and athletic upgrades (i.e. track and tennis/sport court resurfacing, and field refurbishing). A synthetic turf practice field will also be installed. Since opening its doors in 1964, SWHS has received several renovations and additions. The campus consists of 336,366 square footage with a 2017-2018 student enrollment of 2,088. Scope of Work Mechanical/HVAC system upgrades, exterior/interior upgrades, to cafeteria and library. Exterior/interior upgrades, repairs to structural columns throughout the campus. Site improvements, athletic upgrades.
