architeckton
That's as tall as the building will be on Westheimer. The steel being set at the tall elevator core on Grant St. is the top of the rest of the building.
midtowndweller
You can see this one from Kroger. Is there a way we can make a poll to see what’s everyone’s favorite development in Houston right now? This one is mine. POST, The Allen, Regent, Hanover Square, MKT, and La Colombe are all some of my favorites.

Ask that posters include a map, link or pictures so we all can see what they are talking about. Probably could just link to a HAIF topic since we've got almost everything covered here. Popular Post hindesky
Montrose Collective construction reaches topping-out milestone The final beam placed atop the Montrose Collective was painted in homage to the LGBTQ pride flag. (Courtesy Radom Capital) Developers and partners celebrated the final topping-out at the Montrose Collective on Oct. 28, marking substantial completion of the development's internal structure. Representatives from Radom Capital, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Harvey Builders, Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, Office of James Burnett, HOK, DBR, and Kimley-Horn were on site for the commemorative signing of the final beam, which was painted in stripes of bright colors in an homage to the LGBTQ pride flag. “We wanted this beam to be a statement of optimism and inclusiveness,” said Barton Kelly, vice president and principal of Radom Capital, in a news release. “Respect is a concept that is much-needed right now.” Montrose Collective will offer 185,000 square feet of retail and office space, including a new Houston public library location, along with a pedestrian-friendly plaza and a parking garage. Construction began in February and is targeted for completion by summer 2021, with the first tenants set to open in fall 2021. Live Nation has agreed to lease two floors of office space, and other tenants have signed but have not been announced, according to Radom Capital. https://communityimpact.com/houston/heights-river-oaks-montrose/development/2020/10/30/montrose-collective-construction-reaches-topping-out-milestone/?type=article&utm_source=newsletter&utm_campaign=newsletter_article 12
