I'm not sure what kind of rig this is, but it looks like some kind of drill based on the big motor on the frame behind the tractor, but they weren't drilling when I walked by, rather, they had what looked like a wire going into a small (2" maybe) hole drilled through the pavement. I'd guess some kind of soil testing/sampling, but in any case, maybe there's something planned here... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
