You were indeed correct. This will be a full block of townhomes. I remember seeing a block of townhomes on the last agenda, and then while plotting 3rd ward developments on the map was able to put the two n two together. From the COH Planning Agenda July 25th: Name of Development: Enterra Homes Address 2209 Emancipation Ave Developer: The Interfield Group Architect: Anderson Canyon LLC I have this on the map now.@editor @Urbannizer @Triton Anyway to get this renamed? Would appreciate!

HNathoo
I was at the planning commission meeting last week. The neighborhood came out in full force against this development. They are adamant about emancipation being a retail corridor. The developer was seeking a 10’ setback in lieu of a 25’ setback on emancipation. They were about to have their variance denied, so the developer withdrew. Let’s see if he can somehow find a way to incorporate retail in this.

johnastro
They now have the whole square block gated. Looks like construction should be starting soon on the project. Any information if it will have any commercial space included?

BeerNut
POINT EAST Quote Point East will offer two distinct types of homes. Fronting on Emancipation Street and featuring unobstructed views of the Downtown skyline, 11 stunning 4 story contemporary design townhomes will set the tone for the development. Bathed in natural light with walls of windows, these homes with second floor living levels and fourth floor roof decks are designed to impress. Point East’s 2 story homes fronting on Gray, St. Charles and Webster will be equally impressive. Featuring first floor living areas, our urban cottages bring together the best features of a more traditionally designed home with a sleek, sophisticated exterior and fabulous, light-filled interiors.
