hindesky Posted May 12, 2019 Share Posted May 12, 2019 When I was on the HCC parking garage I noticed the flag wasn't up. I use it to determine my bicycle route based on the direction and speed of the wind, thought it was unusual that it wasn't there but found out 5 State helicopters was flying up chiller parts.
