Has anyone gone down Brays in a while? Was wanting to go past 610 but I heard a lot is shutdown.

Tried going down that way with my wife a few weeks ago. Got frustrated with all the construction around the med district and cut back through midtown...

Did my semi annual bicycle ride to the west side. Christmas Day is the best to ride around the West Loop, Galleria area, people are opening gifts, traffic is light and in a good mood to not run me over me on the roads around there.

First flat in years and it happened on the northeast corner of Minute Maid Park as lots of college baseball fans walked by while I attempted to fix it. I had a staple in the tire, tried to put a new tube in but it quickly lost air because the Presta valve was bent, so I tried patching the old tube but it too lost air. I ended up walking to the Red Line train near  the Aris and took it to the Ensemble Station then walked the 4 blocks home. Got lots of bicycle miles and lots of walking miles too.😩🤯

It must be a really good time to bike on the roads? I usually avoid it.

Buffalo Bayou trail was packed like I've never seen before.

Buffalo Bayou and White Oak were insane yesterday. Felt like I was in Central Park with the amount of people I had to dodge.

Maybe a silver lining in all this will be a greater appreciation of all the recent improvements to the bike trails and more support for the bike plan.

I guess everyone had cabin fever after a week of being in isolation.

Rode a long way and burned a lot of calories. Took a long time but I stop to take a lot of pics.

Wow, almost 50 miles! A new record - at least for the rides you’ve posted here.

2 different rides today. Had to find a Bike Tag early but rode around too long taking pics and someone else beat me, they posted theirs before I could so I had to do a second ride to find their Bike Tag.

Did 2 rides today. Both were looking for a Bike Tag. Was unsuccessful on the first but came home and did some more detective work and discovered where it was. So I did a second ride to go find it. Success.

Have been riding the old racing road bike, my gravel bike has a broken spoke. Tried going to a couple bike shops but they are being slammed right now with customers. Not as comfortable of a ride but it sure is a lot faster with those skinny tires.

Short ride today because I was chasing a Bike Tag. There are so many playing the game now that you have to get them and hurry back home to post a new one before someone else gets it first. The Bike Tag I had to find is 2nd pic (layup for me, as I took a pic there back in April) and the Tag they have to find is 3rd pic (It has already been found after just a few hours).

Two rides again today, 1st was to chase a Bike Tag before someone else got it. It was a very easy one to find this time, but mine might be a little harder to find. Second ride was to take some more construction pics in an area I haven't been in a weeks.

Bike Tag I had to find, easy layup for anyone.
