heightshoser
Steinberg Dickey Collective looks like the architect - they've got a non-functioning link to a proposed plan on their website. http://www.sdcarchitects.com/on-the-boards Scroll down to "West 25th Street - Heights" Here's the link that doesn't work: http://www.sdcarchitects.com/assets/useradds/2018.003_Heights-stucco__lg.jpg And a smaller image of a plan view of the building: http://www.sdcarchitects.com/assets/useradds/2018.003_Heights-stucco__med.jpg

hindesky
East side seems leveled with a moat in the middle portion with shoring to keep the buildings on the north from collapsing.
hindesky
Plumbing going in and what I assume is a below grade parking lot. Anyone know what is going up in the block just south of this? Seems half of the lot is fenced off and a bulldozer is on site.

Foundations and plumbing going in, I assume the moat is part of the parking garage.

Triton
I wonder how much population growth the Heights has had in the past decade... this looks like it could hold quite a few people.
hindesky
The lot just south of this project now has a sign, EMCX which appears to be a remediation company. Does any know if it pertains to the Domain Heights or the property they have fenced off? What was there before? https://www.mecx.net

True Doomsday
I saw smoke in the area and went over to check it out. Appears that the fire was not the actual apartments, but instead a building right next to them. Couldn't get close enough to tell how much damage was done to either building.

hindesky
This building next to the new build is damaged beyond repair. I guess their insurance will probably give them way less than if they had sold to the apartments. I bet the neighborhood is glad to get rid of them.
