Houston Methodist Administration Building

Recommended Posts

If it didn't have windows I might have mistaken it for a garage.

It looks like a shorter Scurlock towers.

Not very creative. You would think Methodist would have come up with something a little more intriguing.

They did just build a beautiful new hospital in the center of the med center and they also did the Outpatient building, on Main, with the great crown.

The parking garage is massive, I wonder if it will be remote parking for other Methodist employees?

This is a huge parking garage, building must be a cube farm with lots of workers.

I don't know what you are talking about. This one has "Game Changer" written all over it.

A permit indicated the garage is a whopping 388, 021 SQ FT.

Building is now open.  I went inside to look at the lobby.  A French bakery will be going in on the ground floor.

The inside looks nice, but good god that's some uninspired architecture. It just opened and it already looks 35 years old from the outside.

The inside looks like a 45 year old building they just spent some money on a minor renovation for.

It's just a generic structure.  It's an example of construction, not architecture.

a new building opening with actual decent-sized cubicles instead of a open office plan is a godsend in 2020.
