I’m certain the design is only set in stone for phase I- the resi high-rise and mid-rise building. An office tower, hotel and more residential are planned as future phases.

It would be great to see a drone flyover of both the Hanover Buffalo Bayou and GID Regent Square sites....Amazing to see so much under construction in such a dense part of Houston..

Its a race at this point for this development and Regent Square. Both are going to be competing and going after the same tenants for the retail and residences. The first one finished has a better chance to get leased up first!
