Love the function, but darn... all their resi towers look the same!!!

I’m certain the design is only set in stone for phase I- the resi high-rise and mid-rise building. An office tower, hotel and more residential are planned as future phases.

Crane went up in the last few days.  The construction in this area will be fun to watch over the next two years.

TAS is the concrete contractor. Hanover used them on the Hanover River Oaks too.

This development is cool.  I love a dense cluster of multi-function towers.  How much retail, office, and restaurant space will be available?

It would be great to see a drone flyover of both the Hanover Buffalo Bayou and GID Regent Square sites....Amazing to see so much under construction in such a dense part of Houston..

I think they are also working on a third building? A 20 story office tower on West Dallas?

Hanover doesn’t mess around that’s for sure.

Its a race at this point for this development and Regent Square. Both are going to be competing and going after the same tenants for the retail and residences. The first one finished has a better chance to get leased up first!
