Reefmonkey Posted September 13, 2018 Share Posted September 13, 2018 The Victory Wilson Building. It was built in the late 1800s, a new facade was put on it in the 1920s. Victory Wilson was a Dallas-based clothing store that opened there in the early 1920s, and I think went out of business in the mid 30s.
