DAMN THOSE NUMBERS!

 I spent all day at work today on the computer reading various blogs & message boards about the show & its clues.

These are some of the websites officially tied to the show. Its believed that the producers of the show are maintaining these websites to help further emerse the Lost viewers into its world (and damn it, its working!).

Just curious to see if there are any Lost fans out there.

..Anyone? :)

Lost is my favorite show by far. I've downloaded every episode. The fact that I can understand the Hangul (Korean Language) kind of connects me more, but the storyline's badass. One more thing. That music (crazy-ass trumpets) hype me up, yo!

Did you see the promo for tomorrow's show? It appears Jin speaks plain English!

I was late coming into "Lost". Didn't start watching until the summer reruns. I got the season 1 DVD set the day it was released so I'd be able to see all the episodes before the new season started. ABC kept skipping shows.

This is the best show! Kind of like a neverending episode of "The Twilight Zone" (one of my favorite shows).

I was going to ask the samething, "where any of you a fan of Lost" but I just thought I would be wasting my time. That is my favorite show.

I saw him talking english and that made me think what is going on? He wouldn't even talk english when they really needed his help. So is he really a bad guy?

I would not be surprised if Jin spoke English. I just can't understand why the "Others" wanted Walt so bad. And I predict that at some point of the season, they will purposely let that timer run out to see what happens...

I don't have a clue as to what will happen, but I'm only guessing. My biggest mystery is Walt. What do you think is the biggest riddle on thew island? The damn numbers?

May I ask who that was directed at and why? If I spoiled it for you I'm sorry. I just assume you knew because the preview came during the credits of last week's episode. Otherwise I wouldn't have said anything.

No, I was just showing excitement. I saw the preview as well.

I am a huge fan too, but, to burst your bubble, looking for clues is a hopeless battle. I love the show and think the writers/producers have really hit a chord aping Hitchcock, but these guys have as little of a clue as you do to the eventual outcome. I am pretty sure they are only thinking 5 or 6 shows ahead at any given time. The concept of the series is the journey, not the "answer". Once everyone "knows", the show is over.

I've read some interviews with the show's creators. The claim to know the ulitmate ending of the show. I'm hopeful that this is true, and that there is a master plan for the show.

If not, Lost will have the same lifespan as X-Files: a strong start, but it'll fizzle out in the middle of the night.

i heard that too. the show is going to be a set number of seasons (5 maybe?) and they already know the whole story.

I doubt they'll stick to that if at the end of season four, expecially if they are still in the top ten of the nielsons. I'm sure if the show starts tanking they'll find a way to wrap the whole damn thing up in some lame two hour finale where only half of everything gets accurately explained.

I've never heard of Lost. I live 100 miles east of Houston. Is it a program that is shown only in Houston?

Are you crazy! Lost is only one of the biggest shows in the entire USA. It ranks just under Despreate Housewives, and CSI. It comes on ABC every wed @ 8:00 central time.

It's pretty much the only show I watch on TV, besides the news, MTV, and BET.

Now I understand. I'm out of touch with the video "outside" world because I don't have a TV. I'm in touch with the audio "outside" world because I'm always listening to my XM Satellite Radio. Yes, I have to pay a monthly fee for it, but it's less than cable TV.

MidtownCoog:

In the next epiosode, Gilligan has a zaney encounter with a polar bear, a Russian spy and Chaka from Land of the Lost.

That thing kind of reminds me of this thing from the "Twilight Zone":

Maybe the writers of "Lost" are fans of "The Twilight Zone" (surely) and Sid & Marty Krofft's weirdo shows.
