And another question, I didn't remember seeing a pad laid out and a slab poured like we normally see on the downtown high-rises. I sn’t it usually an either/or proposition? Either there is a piling foundation or a mat foundation, but not both? It may not be as substantial as the larger pours we've seen recently, but they're going to have to pour a mat to tie the piles into the base the building. Foundation design on this building with the abundance of drilled piers and a matt foundation can mean a couple of things. One is that the soil may be not as great. Another issue is that if the building is tall and narrow, and "relatively" light, The wind uplift/overturning movement may be a governing load case which could require some of the piers to incur tensile loads. Would suck to have paid rent for the amenities in Market Square including the scenery to now have it obstructed.
